Direct exchanges are not available, but you can return your Feelgrounds within 30 days for a refund, provided the shoes are unworn and in their original condition. If you’re interested in a different size or color, simply place a new order through feelgrounds.com.

How to Process Your Return:

1. Email Address: Enter the email address you used for your order.

2. Order Number: Provide your order number (e.g., #FGXXXX, – starting with FG).

Return shipping costs:

Return costs and conditions depend on your country and the return period.

You can easily create a return label via our returns portal. The return shipping fee is paid directly in the portal when generating the label.
