Once you’ve registered your return through our return portal and sent the package back to us, it may take a few business days for the package to arrive, depending on the shipping provider.
Steps to Register Your Return:
Email Address: Enter the email address you used to place your order.
Order Number: Provide your order number (e.g., FGXXXX – starting with FG).
Return shipping costs:
Return costs and conditions depend on your country and the return period.
You can easily create a return label via our returns portal. The return shipping fee is paid directly in the portal when generating the label.

Tips for Returns:
Always request proof of postage when dropping off your return to ensure you have a receipt and can track the shipment.
If you use a shipping provider of your choice, you can enter the tracking number in our return portal.
Processing Time:
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will typically be processed within 8 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
PayPal refunds are usually instant, while credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.
If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days of the confirmation email, please contact your credit card provider or bank.
